  Undoubtedly, Jeff Gotch is the best insurance agent I have ever had in my life. (I am 70) He is enthusiastic, friendly, very thorough in covering all the details of our coverages, and he is as professional as they come. Recently, Jeff met with us to review our coverages and it reminded us of additional insurance we intended to add, but hadn't gotten around to, so we were able to add this as well. I heartily recommend Jeff as the man who can meet all your insurance needs. He is not "pushy," but will provide you with all the information you will need to make intelligent decisions about your insurance needs.

  I have been a State Farm customer for the last 35 years. I saw many agents come and go. I have to say that all the State Farm agents I've dealt with were very good. However, the very best agent I've dealt with has been Jeff Gotch. You couldn't ask for a more enthusiastic, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and detail oriented agent. When you call Jeff with an insurance question, he takes the time to make sure you understand the answer. He never says "I'll call you back with the answer" or "I'll research that and get back to you" because he always knows the answer. His answers to my questions have always been thorough and accurate. He takes the time to know his customers and goes the extra mile(s) to ensure their insurance needs are met. There is no question about it, Jeff is an outstanding agent.

  Jeff has been our insurance agent for almost 20years providing our auto, home, and life insurance policies. He is willing to work very hard to make sure you have all the coverage you need to keep you and your family safe. We moved last summer and Susie his office manager worked really hard to assist with a short term renters policy and a new home owners policy. This isn't something that some companies will deal with but she took care of it all and made it very simple for us! She took alot of extra time explaining the coverage we needed. I recommend Jeff Gotch's office because he and his staff will take the extra time to make sure you understand all of your policies and be sure you have the coverage you need. They are wonderful!

  I just signed up with State Farm in early September, and we had a claim with a rented van in California. I was told by others that my insurance company would probably not cover damage to the van. I was fortunate because my agent advised me wisely as to the coverages I should carry. Because I listened to him, the van was covered and my $500.00 deductible which I had given to the van rental company was returned by State Farm. I was extremely impressed at how efficiently and quickly the claim was covered. I am so glad I switched to State Farm!
