  I am simply putting 1 star for the EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW SERVICE IN DRIVE THRU. I sat for over 10 minutes for cash, it wasn't even a big amount but I needed an odd amount for 1 thing and didn't want to go thru atm. HOWEVER after this visit I will never use their drive thru again, some of us have lives and things to do, but go ahead sit back there and laugh and joke with your friends while we all watch, car next to me I could tell was aggravated about this wait as well. I have never had a complaint about this facility until now, you guys need to use a stop watch and have time limits for cars sitting in the windows. Unbelievable!!!! Especially when people have kids in the car. I will be contacting the store about this issue.

  I simply dislike Wells Fargo as a bank. Multiple times they're blown off their mistakes for simply being a big bank, and on top of that they're unwilling to work with people. They also do a lot of changing account things without proper notification. Notification usually doesn't happen unless you reach out to them or days to weeks later. Gyms give better notification than this bank. Going into the stores the tellers give excellent service. Also, unaware that I used my card in the midst of a chain store being hacked they sent a replacement card. My rating is simply for the location. Good people there. But, if I were to rate Wells Fargo as a bank I'd only give them 2 stars, and I wouldn't recommend that you use them for banking.
